Playstation 5 DualSense Wireless Controller - White (Renewed)

It is a ps5 controller and it works perfectly.

I bought this controller for PS5 as a replacement and it really exceeded my expectations. From the first moment it feels solid, comfortable and very well built, with an excellent grip even after several hours of play. The connection was immediate, without synchronization problems, and the battery has a very good duration, allowing long gaming sessions without constantly charging it. In addition, the design is elegant and faithful to the PS5 style.

Don’t trust Amazon renewed items. There is no quality control. Just ordered this got it, it doesn’t connect to the PlayStation 5. Power button doesn’t work at all, like really. Don’t you need to, I don’t know, check it. I am getting another as a replacement so I will update the review if I get another dud or one that actually works. Also Support was bad, I don’t think he/she spoke English. They literally sent part of there script by accident. This is the lowest I’ve ever delt with Amazon.

Came the next day, had a charger cord with usb instead of the one meant for PlayStation port. At first I didn’t like it but realized I could charge it from my couch now. Much better.

Came fast and in great condition!

ALMOST everything is perfect about the controller is great in all but, the touchpad for it is broken.

First and foremost, thank you for reading this review. I usually don't write these but my issue with this was beyond anything I have experienced on Amazon. I purchased "Two" (2) controllers with the (Renewed) tag due to one I purchased from a brick and mortar store about two years ago. I decided to buy two and have them as backups/spares when I have friends or family over. After chargering them for some time, neither of them even retained a charge. I couldn't even get them to update the firmware due to they were "low battery charge". I charged them both for over an hour which is more than enough time to get the ball rolling and was prompted with the same message of "Charge them for a while and try again later." Totally unsatisfied with this line and would most definitely do not recommend purchasing either Renew/Refurbished products from them. This was clearly not inspected for quality nor functionality and was just packaged and shipped as is. Not sure why nor is it the consumer's problem once received but this is totally unacceptable. Also, controllers were just stuffed in a USPS plastic wrap bag with a non Sony white cable as others have also mentioned in their reviews. Nowhere on the product description foes this state items are not in original packaging. Box was more than warm at the point of delivery which was taken instantly after delivery so they were not left in the hot sun, either. According to the package tracking this was out for delivery by 11a EST and was not received until about 5-530p. This also means product was sitting in a hot van all day, in Florida weather no less. And to make matters worse is the simple fact that I have to drive nearly 10 miles from my home to drop this off at the "nearest" Amazon Return Facility is outrageous and both a waste of time and resource for me as well. Would give 0 stars if I could but option isn't available. Stay away from this at all cost.

Excelente estado, funciona muy bien

I received a controller with joystick drift and wear on the grips of the handle. It was also a bit dirty but you have to compromise when you buy something from the renewed store. The DualSense is also a bit inconvinient if you don't have a PS5. I use this with my MacBook so i cant update its firmware. The advanced haptics and adaptive triggers wont work unless you are playing modern AAA titles. If you want to play older games with no native dualsense support, you have to run the controller through an emulator which has a burden on the CPU. So keep that it mind. Dualsensex and Dualsensem are amazing apps which can help you utilize the dualsense to the maximum, but even it is limited. Conclusion: Buy if you know what you are getting into, or wait 2 years for games to adapt to the adaptive controllers, or just get the Xbox series controller.
