So far so good. Didn’t take long to install and works as it should. Was able to use my screwless plate cover as well

Used this to replace an old timer switch that had gone bad. Replacement was simple since I knew exactly which wire will go where from the older switch, but I liked the fact that wires were labeled clearly. As it happened, the switch stopped working after a month of use! I sent a message to the seller, and they promptly shipped a replacement. It is rare to find sellers who stand behind their products and give such good service.

This one of those products you don't know you need until you have it. After that it's hard to believe you ever lived without it. Simple and to the point, this delivers a much-needed level of control for your bathroom fan. One press of a button and the fan will run for the specified time and turn off automatically when it has fully elapsed. Installation was simple aside from the usual frustration of getting electronic switches into the 1960's-era junction boxes inexplicitly still in use for modern home construction. I have these in all of my bathrooms. Over a period of nearly 3 years I've had only one unit fail out of six. For the price, I'd call that acceptable. Recommended.

I bought this because our manual timer switch broke. This works great! We didn't have the 4 wires coming in, so we were able to make it work for the fan we use it for. Would highly reccomend this if you are looking for something that will work a long time versus the manual ones. The light colors are green versus the blue that is shown and its not too bright when its on.

History: I purchased 3 of these timers to use in a new home construction. They are used to power bathroom exhaust fans. I looked around awhile both online and in stores such as Home Depot and Lowes. This switch is priced about 2-4 dollars cheaper than most, but that wasn't my reason for buying it. I really liked the look of this switch and I liked the fact that the time intervals were 5,10,20,30,45,and 1hr. Some other switches will have much longer intervals, and because I was using this for bathroom fans I thought these intervals would be perfect. Good: Product is as described. Arrived on time and undamaged. I like the look and the push buttons. I like that it has a regular on/off function in addition to the time intervals. They fit my special ordered Gang face plates (all three of my wall plates were an uncommon gang box layout). The white is true the the standard white face-plate color. I like that the indicator light show you what setting it is on and they they change as the timer counts down. They were easy to install with good instructions. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE- I will explain more at the end of this review. Bad: I agree with a lot of the reviews that say the buttons seem loose and/or there are gaps that light will shine through. That being said it doesn't bother me one bit. If someone comes to my house and says "Hey I like your timer switches except for the fact the indicator lights shine though the cracks between the buttons" I will tell them to get the "F" out of my house you nit picky SOB! ---- I'm joking :) The biggest negative was I ordered three of these switches, and one of them was faulty. It would just turn itself on randomly. After checking with the electrician he assured me that it was wired properly and told me that the switch was bad. Unfortunately I bought these switches 2 months before I actually installed them so it was past Amazons return window. This is were it turns good again...... I emailed the seller explaining what happened and that I was outside the Amazon return window and asked if I could possible exchange it for a new one. They immediately responded and said they would send me a replacement (no charge). I responded to the email thanking them and I asked if they wanted me to return the faulty one. They emailed back and said no; told me they already sent out the replacement; and provided me the tracking number. All of this took place in less than a 24 hour period! They far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately this happens quite frequently with many products (yes most of which are from China). Their quality control isn't were it should be. A good example is that I purchased 32 recessed lights for my new home (not from this seller); and 3 of those were faulty. As a consumer we can't do too much about the sub-par products from China except for not buying them; but at least this seller respects their customers and immediately rights the wrong.

The timer works very well as a replacement for the single switch that controls both the lights and fan in my bathroom. The timer options are very well thought out. The one drawback is the labeling, which is very small and hard to read. Now that I'm familiar with the switch selections, that's no longer a problem.

Worst product. Had it installed with the help of handyman after a week from the shipment was received. The timer initially worked well for 3 or 4 days only and then it didn't turn ON at all, as it had failed to power ON. When contacted the seller for the warranty he refused to support. I felt the product quality is not good as they use cheap materials. Don't buy this considering the low cost. It's not worth the money. Buttons would also feel hard. I had to call the handyman again for uninstalling it and replaced with a levitron brand that has good reviews and1 year warranty too, but it's a few bucks more. I was able to return it as it was within 30 days period but the money spent for handyman is completely wasted. Make wise choice ! Beware of BN-LINK products.

Overall very good looking and functional. Fit is a little tight but that is the same for Leviton, Woods, etc... timers. Good instructions and comes with new mounting screws. Fit flat/flush into my double oitlet box. Hopefully lasts longer than the Leviton it is replacing. I had 2 Leviton's crapmoit in the past yearmand they cost 59% more.
