BEWARE THEY SEND PLASTIC GARBAGE NOT AS PICTURED!!!
Not as pictured or described! These are supposed to be metal and aluminum normally as pictured. They sent me 1 metal clamp and 2 PLASTIC clamps. I called customer service at GT Tools and Spoke with man who said they changed them to nylon/plastic and did not seem to care why I was upset. Oh well returning to Amazon/GT Tools.

Not strong enough
IMO, the frame of these spreaders is not strong enough to provide adequate crack expansion on many windshields. Maybe this is done out of an abundance of caution with vehicles that have thinner windshields, but they simply were not effective on the european glass that I tried them on.
