These are the exact same layout/margin as my brand name Cricut mats, so there were no issues with things not being cut properly. They are in fact “strong” adhesion. Careful if using paper until you have used the mat a few times as they are very, very sticky (but they are supposed to be). Great for vinyl and intricate card stock cuts. Comes with 3 mats so this is such a good price. Highly recommend.

These are just as good as the name brand ones, great adhesion, no problems with them when cutting vinyl etc...Make sure to cover them back up with the film that comes on them, and when they get dirty, wash them with a little soap and water, let them dry, and their good as new (for a while anyway).
