The video resolution is amazing. The pan and tilt functions work great. I wish they were a little less spongy in their responses but certainly more than acceptable. The voice, talk and receive, seems to work fine. Not as refined as I would like, but again, more than acceptable. I consider this a great buy and a really good product. Of course this is one day into ownership where I've just been playing with the features. I plan to use it soon as a monitor for when my grandchild sleeps over and for when we are away on vacation. I'll update my review after that.
