There is no better thing to cook when you get all the ingredients of your garden! My mother in law began to dry herbs for meals and I loved the idea, so I bought this book and I loved it even more !! Something so original and simple that I had never crossed the mind. This book explains everything you need to know about drying herbs and I promise you'll want to implement in your home immediately.

I've been growing herbs in my garden for years now, but having tried drying them. So, when I saw this book on sale on Kindle, I thought I'd check it out. I was surprised at the amount of detail included in this book. It seems, it depends on the type of herb as to how you go about harvesting, drying and storing them. And there are several ways of drying. Since I don't have a dehydrator I'm going to try the air drying method, which just means hanging them in a cool, dark, dry place. A comprehensive guide.
