The Size does Matter when it comes to African Bitter Kola Nuts they are easier to remove the outside skin and they are delicious. I’ve gotten to the point where I really like them a lot and I find myself eating five to six a day and I agave seen a difference in my Health because they fight Inflammation and as a diabetic that’s on Insulin that has Neuropathy I need a Positive herbal Remedy for Inflammation and I am seeing results and I know that these Kola Nuts are doing it. I will be Purchasing two more bags if you have problems Healing I suggest that you give them a try. The price is very reasonable and they are actually delicious. I’ve gotten to the point where I love them so much because I am seeing actions when it comes to my legs as being healed naturally, which is a far better cry than pharmaceuticals but you only help you halfway because they’re after your money mother nature has everything that we need on this earth for healing. All we have to do is use it and I plan to continue eating African bitter kola nuts.

It took so long to arrive but I’m enjoying it and came fresh not molded like some from other buyers but the taste hmmmm you have to be strong and bold enough to try it since it has a lot of benefits I’m going to take it no matter what.there’s no bad smell so I recommend

I got about 30 very tiny pieces. 13 of them were spoiled, 15 pieces were extremely tiny, and not even sure they are bitter kola, and just 2 not-so-tiny pieces. I am very dissatisfied. I will not buy from this seller again and I will not recommend it. This was ordered for my elderly mom that lives in another State, I m very disappointed.

I did enjoy them in a drink. wanted to see if I could make something similar to coffee but cola flavored. it worked. I understand these nuts are prone to mold which makes storying and shipping them a real pain however the shipper could freeze them or store them in salt. I would much rather have freezer burnt or salty nuts than I would musty moldy ones. About 1/3rd of them where not fit to consume. I searched for several hours on Amazon to try and find the best supplier and this one had the least negative reviews but all of them had the same issue with mold. I can't say if this supplier is the best one but at least the whole bag was not moldy as I have seen in other suppliers.

Large kola nuts with great quality. I have ordered bitter kola nuts from 2 other sellers, and this had the best quality. No moisture, no mold, and the brown skin was nice and crispy which means it's easy to peel off. I will be buying again from this seller very soon.
