As I did not want to deal with a return as the kickstand is simply gorgeous to accompany the shell, I reached out to extremerate. Initially I was not getting a response and then proceeded with a review based on customer service at the time.I was then responded through amazon as well as my Instagram message. After sending more detailed pictures I was offered a replacement. I am currently awaiting the replacement.Although I may be one of the few that may encounter issues with kickstand, I can at least vouch on the paint be absolutely stunning. I am a tad hesitant to give it a full 5 stars as I also incurred issues with the same shell type for the joycons (screws not working and settling with the loss).
