Review: Truly great books! They deserve all the 5 star reviews. - Wow, this is a great book in all respects. My grandson absolutely loves it (so does his dad!) I had a set of books like this as a kid (Time-Life series) that I poured over most of my childhood, and was hoping this series would be similar. Gauging by the reactions and time already spent, I'd say they more than deliver. Content: all sorts of great pictures and illustrations. These alone keep my grandson enthralled (he's only started reading). Plenty of detailed and interesting info in the articles make this book a great resource for learning while having fun at the same time. Encourages his reading because he wants to know everything there is to know about dinosaurs. Quality: Sturdy hard covers with wonderful illustrations that make these coffee table worthy. The binding should last for years, even with little kid use. Printed on quality paper. I'm not sure how they make a profit selling these quality books at such low prices. We were so impressed, I ordered a couple more in the series. I'll probably continue to order others bit-by-bit until he has the lot of them. Review: Amazing!! - The book is amazing. Well written, fits kids because it has a lot of images and its colorful. It also enrich with a lot of knowledge, Highly recommended

Great for readers who don’t like stories
I have always had a great love of reading. I wanted to instill that in my children, but as a mom of boys it has proved difficult. Us girls like stories and chapter books and far away lands. I find my boys don’t like to read like that lol. But nevertheless I find reading is very important to expand the mind and vocabulary as well as learning. This book is perfect. My 9 year old son is just as excited as me with how cool the book looks, with its details on the cover you can feel with your hands, its golden edges to make it look fancy, and it’s amazing photos. He’s a big fact kid, he would read about facts all day but sit down to a chapter book and he might be in tears. Finally I found a series of books to foster his love of the world, and reading. He even sits and reads this to his younger brother who cannot read yet and is excited to do so. Have already ordered more from the series/ and DK.

Beautiful book
My first impression of this book when pulling from the shipping box was “wow!” The cover is beautiful, it had gold colored etchings on the front and back of the book. It even has the gold edging on the pages and an attached ribbon bookmark. I side th pages feel sturdy and are beautifully illustrated. Each dinosaur has a drawing and information about them, including which period they lived in. There is also a table of contents and family tree in the front of the book. In the back pages explaining how to pronounce the names, index and even an illustration index with some facts. I bought this to go with a prehistoric curriculum for one of my kids who loves dinosaurs. I would highly recommend this book for anyone who loved dinosaurs or just wants more information about them.

Buy this
Guys. Buy this book. First of all, the pages are edged in gold which will make your silly children think they’ve been gifted something worth approximately $1 million. I have learned that children love this. Second, you will not hate reading this to your kids. As a parent of sooooo many kids, this is a real win. Each page has a perfectly succinct amount of text and gorgeous pictures. As I am not a small child, or a paleontologist, I am not obsessed with dinosaurs. But I actually enjoy reading this book. After we got it as a gift for my kid, I bought it for my nephews. Big hit there too. And the price is a steal. Just wins all around.

Dinosaur Book
Beautifully illustrated, the gold spine is a lovely touch. It’s for my daughter’s birthday so I have to patiently wait for her reaction but I know she’s going to love it. Fast postage, very happy with product. Many thanks

Gorgeous book but not packaged well at all. considering it’s a heavy book it only came in a Jiffy bag causing damage to the hard cover. Christmas present so disappointing.
