Excellent choice for other Spoonies!!!
As someone with POTS, staying hydrated is a top priority, and NormaLyte Oral Rehydration Salts are some of the best hydration packets Iโve tried. The apple flavor isnโt my favorite, personally I prefer something a little more tart and these are very SWEET, but these work wonders for replenishing electrolytes and keeping me feeling better throughout the day. The pack of 6 is convenient, ensuring I always have a supply on hand. If you're looking for an effective hydration option, I highly recommend giving these a try

Flavor not too strong
I donโt care for most electrolyte drinks, but these flavors are mild and I can get them down. I drink my water room temperature and ordered grape and green apple.

this stuff has been amazing
I have a health condition that requires me to get IVs. These drinks have helped keep me hydrated in between. they don't taste great but that's ok because I can't do all the sugar and dyes anyways. the grape tastes the best

Excellent
Excellent for fast rehydration! NormaLyte works great when Iโm feeling dehydrated from illness or after workouts. It really helps with recovery from diarrhea, vomiting, or excessive sweating. The green apple flavor is surprisingly good โ not too sweet and easy to drink. I like that it has no preservatives or artificial colors, and itโs based on the WHO formula, so I trust its effectiveness. I always keep a few packets at home and in my gym bag. Highly recommend for anyone who needs quick and safe rehydration! โธป Would you like me to make a shorter version (for an Amazon-style review) or keep it detailed like this one?

Disgusting! Brought an instant urge to... you get the idea I hope!
This was salty, and absolutely disgusting. It brought upon the instant need to gag, with further will to do more. It was honestly worse than any medical prep I've ever had to take, and I can't imagine ever having to try it again. I have an entire bag I can't deal with, and just thinking about or looking at it makes me gag. I'm not usually sensitive to tastes or indulgent in a gag reflex. Only a few things have ever hit me like this, but I can't possibly recommend this! It was such a terrible experience. I tried, I really did. I only got 2 sips, and if I'd forced more, I would have needed a lot more of anything else just to account for all I'd have lost following that mistake. Please decide to try eith caution. Maybe try a smaller quantity!!! Yuck!!!

Love this product. Kidney disease and easily dehydrated but this helped in a couple hours!
The flavor of these is incredible for an oral rehydration salt. Yes, they are a bit salty of the potassium salt taste, but you get used to it and won't care if you are really in need of oral rehydration. I have had kidney disease in the past and I've been battling easy dehydration and nausea. These have really helped. I found it to be very helpful to use these by adding them to a similar tasting Gatorade or Powerade to help the taste if you don't want just the product in plain water. Very recommended. I feel excellent a few hours after drinking a bottle with this product in it.

Good for POTS
I have POTS and constantly deal with issues of dehydration. I find these much more tolerable than most salt solutions out there. Pretty comparable to Pedialyte but not as sweet and no artificial colorants. I would advise not to drink too quickly. I chugged one and got a stomach ache from the high salt concentration. I would say A+ if you have POTS but anyone who doesn't have health issues may not like the flavor. When you have POTS you'll do almost anything to feel better. :) I am bummed out about the cost though. I'm sure it doesnt cost that much to make these, but a business is a business I guess.

Bad. Just plain bad.
Would return if I could. I wanted to try this to see if this would be a good substitute for when the pedialyte version sells out, but I'm just gonna stick to the pedialyte one. That one actually tastes like apple. This one just tastes like bad chemicals barely trying to be fruit, while also weirdly tasting creamy.

Works, but awful flavour
Works well for hydration but this flavour is awful. It tastes nothing like apple. The unflavored is way better.

Lovely idea for POTS, taste was not ideal
Iโm so happy to know this product was made specifically for people with dysautonomia and I was very excited to try it. I had been drinking biosteel and pedialyte previously but heard through various groups this one was recommended by dysautonomia international. Unfortunately, I canโt stomach it. It tastes like very sweet very salty ocean water. It may help with POTS but the taste is a barrier for me to getting it down. Not for me! But I appreciate the advancements that are happening for POTS patients.

Too Sweet, too much Splenda.
I was hopeful for this, but I will have to water down the mixture a lot to bear how sweet it is. I didn't notice any difference in dehydration symptoms or POTS symptoms after 2 glasses.
