These things are great for some excited energy! I don’t like taking the entire amount of one capsule so I don’t get the sweaty jitters. So I always dump about 1/4 of it out

Never take 2
Great for energy boost and appetite suppression but NEVER take 2 you will shake, be nauseous and flushed and not be able to function! Best to take AFTER eating or may make you sick

No jitters
Nurse on 12hr shifts and taking this with my coffee in the AM makes for an alert and functional morning! No sweats and no stomach issues but I always eat before taking it.

I personally love black jack. Gives me tons of energy and I get things done and talk a lot. However if you are sensitive to caffeine I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! IT IS VERY STRONG AND CAN BRING ON SHAKES AND POSSIBLE PANIC ATTACKS If you tolerate it well it's fabulous.

Id start by saying most days i have multiple large coffees, energy drinks and sodas. So im very use to regular caffiene, I ordered this to aid in my weightloss journey, I was already seeing alot of success when I read about ephedra & caffeine stacks. Trying to save money I decided to purchase this instead. I researched and read over the ingredients, everything seemed alright until the day I actually took them! I started with one pill before work with my breakfast. Fast foward to lunch I didn't feel anything abnormal and decides to take another because the instructions say take up to 3 but no more. About an hour after I took the second one I felt extremely anxious, nauseas, super jittery like a very very bad speed comedown. I was anxious and acting weird all night. I barley slept & felt sick the next morning all the way untill lunch time 24 hours after my last dose. These are not worth it. There are many many better options. Fast foward a week I split one capsule in half and felt my heart pounding although it wasn't anything compared to the first time. These have now found a permanent home in my local dump. DO NOT BUY THESE. IF I COULD RATE LOWER THAN 1 STAR I WOULD.
