They fit perfectly in my 18" shams. I needed pillows to replace some that quickly flattened to a useless pancake, and these definitely did just that. I will update after some weeks pass to see if they stay fluffy or flatten out. Using the information I read from the reviews & product information, I ordered the 20" square pillow, which fit the 17+" pillowcase. However, the pillowcase was meant to close with ties.
