Solid and sharp
Out of the box this is a serious blade. I used it to limb some small trees I took down and it worked great. Not disappointed at all.

Great Machete!
I was a bit skeptical about this machete but I took a chance and bought it and I'm glad I did! Out of the box it is super sharp and ready to use. It has good weight to it, the blade is thick and the metal isn't cheap, it's feels great holding it, is well balanced and so far I've been able to cut wrist thick branches and saplings with 3-4 swings. Definitely worth the money and I have and would recommend this to anyone! I'm actually considering buying a second one.

Better than 4 stars but not 5, I rounded up.
Who doesn’t need a machete right? I’ve had the inexpensive versions from various cheap sellers and you get what you pay for. No insult intended. This machete is heavy because it’s made of thick steel. The grinding of the blade angle is appropriate for its size. I could likely use and resharpen this blade for the next 30 years. This is appropriate for pruning palm trees, cutting branches, basically anything I’d use a hatchet for but the long blade keeps my knuckles away from the action. Why less than 5 stars? It’s not sharp, not mine anyway. I can rest the blade on my hand and with motion it won’t cut me. If I’m not mistaken, the listing said “super sharp”. In my book, that means it’ll cut paper, or my hand. I’d take fractions off for the blade nicks and bare spots (none are on the cutting edge). I think this is a tool you can “make your own” by some tlc, honing the blade and keeping it clean. I’d give it 4.6 stars for the price.

It will cut...
Sharp, well balanced and has a comfortable handle for a good grip. Great addition to pur camping supplies. My husband loves it. It seems well made and durable. Doesn't come with a sheath or cover of any kind.

Satisfaction of the Machete.
I am very satisfied with the: quality, sturdiness, strength and ergonomic grip handle on this Machete, it feels balanced in the hand and swings easily because of the well thought-out blade. The length of it is just right for my need of clearing brush and small to medium sized tree limbs. I keep it on my 4-wheeler while on my property. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a well made, thought-out and very useful tool for clearing areas.

Malleable metal
The blade is not hardened steel, so blade care is a must. Also, little b^stard is gonna warp on you if you chop anything with intent; be ready to bend it back straight.

Beautiful…
Top notch! This is one of many I own. I use them frequently on my land while working and this one is my favorite. The weight is perfect and it’s well crafted. Only complaint is the handle is extremely slippery once it gets wet from sweating which doesn’t take long in the Florida woods. I rolled up hand tape in a small bead around the handle and wrapped that again with flat tape and it’s helped. It’s flew out of my hands many times to the point of being dangerous with how sharp it is. A wrist strap isn’t a bad idea!
