Wonderful Watercolors
Bought for my 6 year old daughter! She loves arts and crafts! The page selections are beautiful! The paint seems to be pretty good!

Great book! Skews more female than I thought it would.
I should’ve guessed from all the pink, but since this wasn’t listed explicitly as a book for girls, I thought it would at least be gender neutral. Unfortunately, I purchased this for my young boy cousin, and am worried he won’t like it because of how “girly” every single page is. Every character in the book presents female, and even the animals all have little eyelashes. The book’s paper is nice watercolor quality, and there is a good amount of paint included, though I have not tried it out yet! I don’t want to waste the purchase, as the book is still very nice, but I will be purchasing a more “boyish” to present alongside this one so that he at least has more options.

Fantastic birthday gift
I love to give these away as birthday gifts. Toss in some decent brushes and maybe a second palate of pearl water colors and you're good to go!
