The Best Goodyear Biography

Charles Goodyear died penniless but left behind a rich legacy. His story, clouded in myth, is revealed in this book. Well written, in depth but easy to understand, Korman writes an excellent biography of the master of Rubber. Through experimentation which borderlines crazy, to downright bullying others into revealing their secrets, Goodyear discovered how to make this tree sap into a useful product for all time. If you want a good read in biography, history or rubber, this is the book for you!
