Can this be used on a griddle?

It is made of Teflon so I don't think so. However, I don't know for sure.

What is the maximum oven safe temperature for this rack?

If it helps I’ve used this oven rack in a temperature of 450 degrees so I have no reason to believe it would not sustain a temperature of 500 degrees. Hope this helps

Mine rusted after one use. Is it supposed to e placed in the dishwasher??
