from the product information I expected great quality salted cod I was not dissapointed perfect pieces of fish expiry date end of 2023 chilled perfect amount in each pack 2 pieces cut from the middle of the fillet thank you for demonstrating that its possible to provide excellent quality food at reasonable prices with prompt delivery mf

In my view not true Bacalao
Arrived no so chilled and not as expected. These are pieces of plain fresh cod loin doused with a dressing of salt not fish salted and air dried as expected. They are completely lacking in any flavour and taste nothing like the unique flavour of air dried salt cod. At this price that makes them extremely expensive and I could have achieved exactly the same result by buying some cod loin at a local shop at less than half the price and throwing a hand full of salt in top myself.
