Useful but not elegant
Not the easiest to install but for the price is a good product

Unusable
I purchased these in a pinch for a travel gig where my main lights were just a bit too much to bring as a 1 person gig. I borrowed the GVM Lights which I knew would work perfectly fine, but these soft boxes are not made to any standards. I worked for quite some time to attempt to attach it all to the light, but even when you think it's on, bump it.... and it falls apart. They used to make a completely different 1 piece wrap around that worked great. With this one, there's simply no way to attach the corners and have them stay on. They did come with additional velcro pieces that you attach to the barndoors, for additional fabric connection, but as therese were borrowed, I did not use those pieces.

Meh but Yea
Does it feel clumsy, flimsy & cheap? = yes A pain to set up, but it seems stable once you've got the diffuser cloth attached. Does it get the job done? = I believe it will and think it's still worth the buy if you want a soft box to fit a GVM light that has no other softbox options. It would have been better if they had just made a full softbox attachment that fits the light instead of this conversion kit.

This not fit well
Well i bought this for my GVM 800D and it was so hard to put it. 1. Is diferent that the you can see in youtube 2. No fits perfect in the light even for using it i hace to skip some of the stuff that came in the box. 3. No instructions feels like is an other version that the one you can find in the GVM Youtube Channel. After all of this at this day works well i just need the soft box and is functional

Meh
It does the job but it’s not scoring any points in the quality department. The diffuser cloth & cover barely cover the light and it looks/feels cheap… In all fairness though, it’s for budget gear so it’s somewhat understandable.

Not worth it
Missing corner piece when arrived, poor customer service (none to be precise) and it doesn’t fit my 800 GVM RBG
