Prior question about use in totally enclosed fixtures and Sunco responded it was , but the bulbs themseves say they are not for that use. Which is it?

I've been using these led bulbs in enclosed fixtures for a couple of years. They work just fine and last an expected life span. They do not overheat. I'll continue to use them in open and closed fixtures. They work very well in either place.
