The label states the only ingredients are "organic, unrefined, cold-pressed virgin coconut oil" all important to reap the natural benefits. The website states it is not processed using hexane (I thought that was when they process from previously dried coconut- but could be mistaken). This leads me to believe no progesterone (I would throw this out my window immediately if it did). Are they allowed to EXCLUDE ingredients on labels? Very happy with product. Each time we order the texture varies slightly. Is packaged in a facility that packages peanut oil. Also, fair trade, Non-GMO, vegan non-hydrogenated... **Q: is it cold pressed** A: Yes! I've ordered two jars and both have been cold pressed. **Q: Is this gluten free?** A: Yes, the product is naturally gluten-free.
