A good primer
A light read about engineering management. It gives hints about common practices, still becoming a manager requires innate attitude and a lot of practice.

Best book for anyone pivoting into engineering management. Goes really into hands on low level details which other books skip. It's great for early level engineering management. I'm a senior engineer taking over a department and it's been super helpful
