Great sauce for BBQ
When I was a kid, my mother used to occasionally serve Hawaiian BBQ made with a rub called "East Asian BBQ spice." It was the best Asian/Hawaiian/sweet BBQ flavor ever. Unfortunately, the manufacturer went out of business 30 years ago and I've been looking for a suitable replacement ever since. This liquid sauce is the closest I've found so far - it's very good and I highly recommend it.

If you like Chinese pork char shu then you are going to love this. I use pork shoulfer. Slather two pkgs on and leave over night . Then bake. It's good! Try it

Charsui, one of the best flavors from Hawaii
I liked the fact that I could get it on line and the price, while high, wasn't totally unreasonable. You really haven't lived until you've tried Charsui and it was unobtainable locally, where I am.
