I wanted something that just tracks steps, wasn't a headache to set up and didn't require an app. I had another step tracker but it would track steps even driving in a car. It tracked the slightest of movements. This one is simple to use, fits in my jeans front pocket and accurately tracks JUST my steps. I stop walking, it stops tracking. I start walking, it picks up tracking where it left off. Simple to reset the next morning to zero.

Not the best counter. Bought 2 cause I lost the first one. The first one I hooked on my jeans and it eventually fell off somewhere. The 2nd one, I still hook to my jeans but with the string attached this time. Counts a lot of extra steps when you wear it all day.

This seems to work well and inspires me to keep walking.

This is far more accurate than the samsung health app on my phone. No need for an expensive watch to track your steps. Doesn't sell your activity data either
