Good for short rib ragú
Really authentic pasta. Chewy and good in stews

Great tasting pasta
High quality tasting pasta, cooks easily in 10-12 minutes to a silky finish, the shape is designed to grip and hold any pasta sauce which it does so with ease. This pasta is far superior to any you will encounter at your local supermarket, rest assured you can serve this to any pasta loving guest in the knowledge that they won’t be disappointed. Extreme value for money. Highly recommended

Good value for money, decent texture. Overcooked it on first use, however went better the second time.

A good buy
I can not get this type of pasta locally so was very pleased to see it on Amazon. It arrived in a brown paper bag, in its own cellophane wrapping and, apart from 2 small corners that had chipped off, is in perfect condition. Cooks well and tastes good. A good buy.

One of my favourite pastas. A bit expensive but worth it as you can't find them in supermarkets unlike my country (Malta)

Great pasta but sadly a lot was broken
This is a good pasta. It’s often sold in artisan shops so I think a pretty good price. I’d give it 5* but sadly a lot of it was broken probably due to poor packaging.

FAVOURITE PASTA
I love cooking Italian food and much prefer malfalde pasta over spaghetti for hearty meat ragus although it can be difficult to source in many supermarkets. I was delighted to discover the Garofalo range of pastas online, they have a great range of size and shapes, all of which are good quality. The Malfalde holds it's shape well when cooked and the side ridges help to hold the ragu sauce. Thanks to being able to order online, I now have the great 'pasta cupboard' I have always wanted.

I use this as an alternative to spaghetti for pasts dishes such as e pepe and carbonara, because its thicker it holds the sauce really well
