Do they last 7 years and what would be some good spark plug wires to go with these sparkplugs i drive a 96 mercury grand marquis gs

If you apply an anti-sieze compound to the threads of the spark plugs,prior,to installation you might,get away with leaving,them in for 7,years. Personally, I have not,gone,past 5 years with a spark plug before removing,it and replacing,it.

What's the difference between 9605 and 9608 Bosch iridium spark plug

The 9605 and the 9608 are exactly the same in features and construction -- they are made to "fit" different vehicles, depending on heat-range requirements. The 9605 fits my 1995-1997 4.6 L - 2v FOMOCO engine. The 9608 fits other vehicles -- Chrysler, Ford, Dodge, etc. Always check the Vehicle Compatibility Chart before ordering.
