Not What They Were but Still Good Jeans.
the pants are fit fine and are good quality. No one manufactures jeans as thick and rugged as they did 10 years ago. The pant fit true for Levi's. I suggest you try on a pair of Levi's in a store to understand Levi sizing. I did this and the pair ordered from Amazon were true to this size.

Solid Pair of Pants
Solid pair of pants. They fit well and are great value as they are lasting me a long time. They soften up after a while too. DO NOT PUT THESE IN. THE DRIER THEY WILL SHRINK!!! I had issues with a previous pair I dried on low temperature and they were ruined. Hang them up after wash and let air dry.

Starting not to trust Levi on size consistency....especially length.
I'm always expect consistency and I usually get it from Levi. In this case the 34x36 jeans were not even close to previous sizes I have in this range. The length was at least two inches longer than all the others I own. I placed them side by side and it was very clear. I've been buying the same length for decades, so something is missing in quality control. The waist was also larger than expected, but I'll give that a pass for now until it has a few washings. Color and other attributes looked good, but that Length is really an issue!
