I'm impressed. I bought this because it was the cheapest of several identical-looking items, and it's actually really good. I'll do the seller's job a bit here, and supply some decent photos of the keyboard attached to a controller - the one in the listing is really badly Phot'shopped for some reason. It put me off a bit, but at £14 I thought it was worth a try - and I could return it if I needed to. I don't need to. The keyboard is made from rigid plastic, and isn't quite as nicely moulded as the controller itself, but it's not bad. Once it's attached, it looks like it's supposed to be there, and who is looking at the controller anyway? It works perfectly, but you do need to follow some simple instructions: Firstly, before attaching the keyboard to your controller, make sure you have the RIGHT CONTROLLER. You need an X|S Wireless controller, NOT an Xbox ONE controller. I think it might also fit the final-generation controller for the Xbox One S, but I don't have one to check. I have an X|S controller and it works perfectly. The other thing to do before attaching your controller is to take out the wireless dongle. It's stored in a slot on the front of the keyboard, and will get in the way if you try to attach the controller with it in place. You need it in your PC to use the keyboard anyway... Plug the dongle into a spare USB socket on your PC. Switch on the controller as normal. The keyboard won't work unless the controller is turned on - it uses the controller's battery. If this sounds complicated, it's not. All you do is take the wireless dongle out of the keyboard and plug it into your PC, and connect the keyboard to the controller. However, looking at the reviews, it seems a good number of people can't even manage those two, simple operations. If you are one of the chosen few that can connect two things together, then well done. You can now type in-game without putting down the controller. Or play games which use lots of keys, like American Truck Simulator or various flight sims. It's very handy for games like No Mans Sky if you want to name bases and discoveries. I use Xpadder so I can play Guild Wars 2 using a controller, but there are still a few rarely-used commands that I couldn't map to buttons. With this keyboard I have them available. You don't have ALL the keys - there are no function keys for example, so you'll need to reassign the default Steam screenshot key. But you get a full Qwerty keyboard with caps lock and shift. My PC detected the dongle as soon as I plugged it in, and it's seen as a standard keyboard. It's a US keyboard, so the @ and " symbols are not where we are used to finding them in the UK. The quickest way to fix this is to switch Windows to a US keyboard - you can put the widget in the taskbar so you can switch between UK and US keyboards with one mouse click. It's a bit fiddly to type on - I started this review using it, but changed to my 'proper' keyboard after a few minutes. However, for brief in-game chat, and games which use a lot of keyboard commands, it's great. The buttons are soft-touch and rubbery, and they have slight click when pressed. For £14 I'm happy with this controller. It works exactly as it should. It's not 'McBazel' though. That's something I'll take up with the seller - there is a different review process for that.

It fits, but it takes a little bit of wiggling to get into place. It's not a smooth fit, not a big issue but will definitely annoy some.

Helps me type messages to other players a lot faster, I’d be lost without this now, the only downside is I struggle to see the keys in low light so wish it had light up keys, now that would have been a game changer, I would definitely recommend this piece of kit

After a month seriously unreliable, basically doesn't type, doesn't work. No response from customer service.

The keyboard cannot be relied upon to connect. I gave up in the end.

Not seamless, has a couple of little gaps but is tightly secured when attached. Works every time. Good for the price!

Mon ado se plaignait de la complexité pour jouer a War Thunder a la manette, sur xbox séries x. Vu le prix du clavier, j'ai tenté le coup, et ca marche ! il a pu programmer diverses commandes de jeu sur le clavier, et les active facilement en cours de partie. Pour cet usage, c'est nettement mieux que d'investir dans un clavier/souris pour la xbox! Attention, il est en QWERTY, ce qui peut gêner certains utilisateurs. Le report de la prise Jack audio est efficace (si vous pensez bien a déplier la prise mâle sur le clavier avant d'enficher ce dernier sur la manette ;)
