Delicious - tastes much better to me than when it's mixed with erythtitol. And it's strong - a little goes a long way. I also like the texture - it's a powder. I use 1/4 teaspoon in my smoothies.

This stuff is absolutely delicious and a little goes a long way. If you're new to coming off sugar it might take a little bit of adjustment, as it would with any product. When I first started it it tasted a little strange to me, but I gave it a few weeks and now it tastes absolutely delicious and sugar tastes strange and kind of acidic and chemically now. This latest batch of monk fruit tastes more fruity and more sweet than previous batches I've gotten from Julian's bakery, it's even better than any I've had before! I have Celiac and I have never had any problems with cross-contamination with this product. A little goes a very very VERY long way. Even using this everyday multiple times a day this will probably last me a good 6-9 months at least. It doesn't have the bulk of sugar so it can't be replaced for sugar in certain recipes that rely on that bulk, so that's just something to keep in mind. But for things like drinks, pudding, and cookies it should be fine. I make up a batch of my own hot chocolate powder using two cups of organic cacao powder, two tablespoons of this monk fruit (slightly scant, it's strong stuff), and 1 and 1/4 tsp salt. I put that in a mason jar put a lid on and shake it really well to incorporate it completely. Then I can use it for hot chocolate with just hot water or with some coconut milk, I can mix it into coconut cream to make an instant chocolate pudding, and so on. I absolutely love the stuff and I hope they never stop making it. It's also great for keto and paleo.

This is not cheap, but quality is best. Last a long time. I mix with 1/3 stevia and get a great blend. put in an old spice jar, and just add a shake to coffee or tea.

My go to sweetener for coffee and other diet friendly desserts. Only one tiny scoop (provided) for 4 shots!

While I do wish this would taste exactly like sugar, it certainly is sweet. I notice that when I eat the food with it, the sweetness shows up a few seconds after I put it in my mouth. For example when I made a lemon cheesecake with it, I tasted the lemon immediately and it took a beat or two for the sweetness to kick in. The lingering flavor after eating is one of sweetness with no bad after taste. We also noticed that after one day of sitting in the fridge, the sweetness had a chance to bloom in the food and the sweetness showed up faster although still not exactly when the lemon hit. I've never worked with this before so I think experimentation may help in the long run. It dissolves and mixes a bit slow, but with a few extra stirs melts into the food you put it in. Be careful as the overall effect is very sweet and you do not want to put gobs in to correct for the slight lack of it hitting your brain after it hits your taste buds.
