I can't seem to connect the head gear to the nasal mask??

If you do not have the Fisher and Paykel Eson Nasal Mask the headgear may not work. If you are sure that you have the Eson mask, the top of the headgear is where the plastic adjustment clip goes, the next set of straps loop through the top of the plastic frame and the last two are where the headgear clips are inserted so that you can attach the headgear to the mask.

I have a mask that only requires 2 connectors. Does this mask have 2 or 4?

It has 4. Two up top, around the head; and two lower , around the jaw. It comes with 2 clips that can be used as an option for quick and easy connections. I velcro the top two in place and use the clips on the lower end. Actually I mostly just use the clip on one side of the lower straps (the one on the right). This way I slip the mask on and down around my head, and clip just one strap in place. Quick and easy and only one connection!

does this come with the clips

Yes the clips are with it. Can't stress enough, that if you want to prolong the use, you need to hem every edge. I think they designed it with a glue that comes apart in about 45 days.

Can you confirm if 400HC568 is the reference number on the back of the headgear?

Yes 400HC568 is on the back of the headgear. I have been away on holidays so sorry for the late reply.Robert
