The half-roller is softer than others I’ve used and I love it because it’s more comfortable to use.

Works very well on my back and is soft and comfortable.

This half roller is good and firm, but not hard. I lie on it for stretching, and do "sit ups", and it's very comfortable on my spine and pelvis.

I’ve bought two of these rollers. One of them was a gift. It’s wonderful when done with appropriate exercises.

PT said I needed to order one to do my exercises with. Did I want to spend $40 on a chunk of foam, no; who wants to pay a bunch of money for something that they will use for a short time and then have it just set around. However, the cheaper versions are not PT quality and their descriptions are deceptive-- claiming soft but are actually med-firm/firm. I looked into this company and found that they actually make physical therapy products; hence their name "Orthopedic Physical Therapy Products" OPTP. You won't be disappointed in this. Quality appears great; the perfect amount of softness. The color is fun! Price point is a little more than I would have liked to pay, but the quality is there so the phrase "you get what you pay for" certainly is true in this situation. I'd order this and other products from them again!
