The main problem is how to get the stuff down. It is a fine flour like texture that does not mix well with orange juice, Spicy V-8, coffee, oatmeal, peanut butter or any other substance I've tried so far. It sticks to the roof of your mouth like eating dried plaster. If it were not for the wondrous invigorating effects I would pass on this fungus due to the difficulty of consumption. But where there's a will there's a way and the company doesn't call itself Luz for nothing. I had encreased energy and I felt calmer when I took it. That being said, I would have preferred it to be in a capsule form. I found it difficult to stir into things, kind of like how cocoa powder and cinnamon are difficult to stir in. It has a deep earthy flavor, so it tastes pretty good in stocks and broths and things like that, but I don't eat that sort of thing every day. I mixed mine into cranberry juice and it was easy to drink down that way. I couldn't tolerate it mixed in with yogurt or oatmeal as the flavor is pretty strong. I did see some of the other reviews say they had empty capsules they filled with this and I may go that route.
