This is the first time I've tried EVL BCAA Energy, and I have been taking the Blue Raz flavor for roughly a week. It has a great flavor (will be trying additional flavors in the near future). It mixes super fast in a blender bottle, with no chalky residue or any of that junk. It provides an almost instant jolt of energy without any jitters or other noticeable side effects. In fact, I took it this morning after only a few hours of crappy sleep, and I feel great several hours later. I take it on an empty stomach and have no issues at all. I'm currently doing mostly cardio, so can't speak to recovery from heavy resistance training, but I definitely notice more zing in my routine, and perhaps more focus. I literally look forward to taking this at least once a day, and have taken two doses a couple times. You could easily include additional micronized supps in this too. I've added creatine, and will also be adding citrulline when I get back to weights next week. I may even drink this post with some glutamine as well. All that said, I've read good reviews all over, and I concur. Using primarily as a pre-cardio, but will at least add as an intra-workout with other additions too. By the way, I mix with 8 oz water, and the flavor is fine for me, but you can easily adjust more or less to suit your taste. I can't imagine less than 8 oz though, because it does have a bite to it. Not bitter or bad, but just an enjoyable tartness. Overall good product so far.

I saw the high reviews for this so as a first time BCAA supplementers, I grabbed it for my husband and I. Despite being a fully grown woman, I am still partial to electric-blue drinks so the Blue Raz is awesome in both color and flavor! I add a few ice cubes to my blender bottle bc I like this really COLD. We have only been using it for five days now, so a bit of feedback, personal to me. Day 1 I used this pre and post workout- I feel slight tingling in my fingers but that was to be expected and is not uncomfortable, plus wears off quickly. I did notice that I had more energy during my strength workout and did not think much of adding this as a post workout drink also. Here’s the rub. We workout after work, so around 5pm. All was well until 9, 10pm rolled around and although I was overall tired, my brain was not ready to call it a night! Lol! No jitters or discomfort, simply not tired! We were wide awake until midnight and then slept like garbage when we finally were able to go to bed. Day 2 I skipped this product in my post workout drink but still ran into having trouble getting to bed. With this SAID, I should not have scoffed at the “energy” provided in this product! Lol. We decided to save the “energy” BCAAs for morning only and purchased the decaffinated version for our evening workouts. Happy with this overall, but trial and error taught us that timing is key!

I love these energy powders. They dissolve okay and I like mine with ice. This flavor a little sour but I would expect that from blue raz. It is not quite as sweet as the fruit punch and it took a few days to get used to it but i do like it. I find the regular BCAA Energy flavor way better than the BCAA LEAN ENERGY. This stuff tastes like kool-aid and is so yummy! I have it with my lunch and this product really gives me the extra boost and energy I need in the afternoon to keep moving and end my work day still energized for the evening. DEFINITELY give it a try. It will get it out of the afternoon slump and give you energy you need to complete your daily goals without that heavy feeling you get from a carbonated energy drink.

I love this flavor, but when I got it I didn't see online that it has 110 mg. caffiene . It's listed in small print under the nutrition chart. Neither my husband or I can have caffiene. The product disolves easily and there is no stomach upset.

First I have to talk about the taste, its awesome. I have used protein powders before so I am always leery about ordering stuff with "flavors" as sometimes they taste horrible. But not this stuff, it tastes great and if I Could I would recommend this just for the taste alone haha. I already noticed a good energy boost, so much so that I drink this in the morning instead of coffee. And I am rather focused as well thanks to this. There's a nice little diagram on the back telling you how many scoops to take as well. My only complaint really is the price. For 30 bucks the container should have been a bit bigger instead of just 30 servings like it says on the container. But I am willing to try this since I have never used a BCAA supplement before. If it works and continues with the recovery, energy and mental focus then they'll have a new customer

Taste good. Gives me plenty of energy to get through my workout. Not sure if it has had an impact on muscle building yet but it is still early days. I'm happy to keep using it for now

I'm new to the nutrition game and I love this stuff. The flavor is good, not too sweet. It dissolves good and fast with a few shakes in the cup. It keeps me going after a long physical day at work where heavy lifting is a common thing. I can focus on my day and my next task and keep going for hours. Also I have seemed to notice less muscle soreness the next day when I wake up to do it all over again!!
