I absolutely love this Posture Digital Smart Scale! It’s sleek, accurate, and incredibly easy to use. The setup took less than two minutes, and the app syncs instantly with my phone, tracking 13 different metrics like body fat, muscle mass, and BMI. The readings are consistent and really help me stay on top of my fitness goals. The glass surface feels premium, and the LED display is bright and easy to read, even early in the morning. I bought this to take to our cabin, but wanted to try it out at home first and see how it matches up with my other two scales. I’m a little addicted to tracking metrics beyond weight. I tell my friends all the time, in this day of GLP-1 meds and weight-loss at any cost, we NEED to be watching your bone health and muscle mass! Being “skinny” might feel nice, but it doesn’t mean much if your body isn’t strong and healthy! I encourage anyone trying to improve health to track body composition! OK, off my soapbox. I set this up alongside my other scales to test to decide whether to keep. I wanted to try another brand to see the differences. First of all, no home body composition scale will be completely accurate. You can trust the weight and understand that body composition is directionally accurate and use these devices to track your trends. Always weigh fasted at the same time of day for consistency. The app for this scale is great. See sample screenshots. Setup was easy. The app even has functionality to measure your heart rate using your phone’s camera. It’s very accurate. The body composition metrics from this scale are very closely aligned with those of my other composition scale and close my InBody metrics. I feel comfortable with the accuracy of the measurements for a home scale and it will be great to take to our cabin to keep tabs while I’m there. It’s larger than my others (on the far right in pic), which I think would be preferable for a larger person. It’s easy to read, transmits data to my phone immediately, and has a sleek design.

I purchased the 11.8"x10.2" Posture Scale almost two months ago, and so far I'm happy with this product. The scale is high quality. Its build is solid, and you get instantaneous reading, which is nice. The tempered glass feels very strong and I don't expect it to break any time soon. Functionally, the scale seems to work well. In my experience, you need to make 2-3 measurements in a row in order to get consistent measurements (first reading is always higher than the subsequent ones). Note that clothing affects weight measurements; you need to take everything off, including your underwear, when weighing yourself. On the minus side, I would list two things. First, I wish the instructions that came with the scale were clearer. Connecting the scale to my phone was not a smooth process, I had to get online and watch a video to figure it out. Also, the instructions manual is very tiny, the leaflet is printed in font size 5 characters, which are hard to read (I literally had to use a magnifier to read it). Second, the Fitdays app is not very good in my opinion, especially when it comes to displaying data. (I know the app is not made by Posture, but I need to mention this.) Nevertheless, I appreciate the app's ability to connect to my Fitbit account, which is the only way I can then send weight measurement data to my MyNetDiary account (a convoluted path, but it works). All in all, this is a good product and I definitely recommend it.

They look sleek and modern in my bathroom and feel very solid when you stand on them. The setup was super easy – I downloaded the Fitdays app, connected the scales in seconds, and all my measurements started syncing straight away. I can see not only my weight, but also body fat, muscle mass, water percentage, BMI and much more. It’s very motivating to track progress over time in the app. The readings are fast, accurate and consistent. I also really like that several people can use the same scale and it recognises different users automatically. For the price, this is an incredible product. It feels like something much more expensive. I would definitely recommend these scales to anyone who wants to look after their health and track their fitness journey. L'application offre une connexion aisée et rapide, avec des données limpides et faciles à saisir. J'aime beaucoup le suivi précis (IMC, masse graisseuse, masse musculaire, etc.), qui est très pratique pour observer la progression dans le temps. Les mesures paraissent consistantes et le poids est à la fois stable et exact. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix, je le recommande sans réserve.
