Considering wearing an inner belt, I can wear this at the last set of holes, the furthest size it can go. So buyers order maybe 2 or 3 sizes up. Review: This is a well made duty belt. Great materials and craftsmanship. In the product description it stated to order your regular size and I did. However, because of the overlap the belt ran small. Also, if someone has never used this style buckle before this could be a bit confusing because there are no instructions on how to adjust the buckle. I went to YouTube and found plenty of videos showing how to make adjustments. The box it came in was huge, I meant like a 6 foot long box huge. The U.P.S. guy and myself had a huge laugh out of this when I showed him what was in the box because he didn't believe me when I told him it was only a belt. Would have given 5 stars but the belt sizing and the difficult buckle with no instructions. Quality product though. I could have and should have gotten the 38-40, but this one still works.
