We have been using this product for employee attendance for a long time and the service of the product is very satisfactory. The quality of the product is very good and we have not faced any major issue till date. The fingerprint enrollment slot is very responsive and works perfectly well. However, the face recognition system for attendance may have some glitches, and at times fails to recognise faces and misses attendance. It needs improvement for accurate recognition of faces . We haven't used the card recognition system yet and so can't comment on this. As far as the data monitoring is concerned, one may remotely keep a track of the employee attendance from anywhere using the cloud based app on phone or computer. However, one needs to pay for the cloud based attendance tracking facility after one year of free service. At the same time, one may also connect the device with a computer/ laptop through a lan cable for obtaining/printing daily/monthly attendance details and for this timeoffice' s desktop app is required to be installed on computer. But the app is not very user friendly and is very cumbersome to connect with the device. Overall, the product is very useful and meets our requirements.

They do not explicitly say this, but they will ask for a subscription fee of ₹700+ after a year. That would have been okay if their website had worked as intended. Often lagging, with many bugs and outdated UI. Cloud service is not recommended at all. Often the site does not even load properly. After-sales support is very poor. The website shows the option to get cloud services for 180 days, but after payment, they asked me to make an additional payment of an additional 180 days (combining to 1 year) else, they won't activate my account. When asked for a refund, customer support said "Refund not possible, make payment for 1 year". The output file format is .txt which is not intuitive. It should have offered at least Excel (.xlsx) or JSON file which would have been easier to work with. Adding a face is also very difficult often failing. I would not recommend this product to any product from Team Office ever. This might be a scam with multiple reviews on Google showing similar poor after-sale support. Please don't waste you money. This review is after 2 years with this product
