I could try reheating it in the oven but the cheese drips all over everything, and if I don’t watch it like a hulk it dries out and gets burnt. If I microwave it, the pizza gets rubbery and soggy on the bottom. That’s when I found the “PizzaFresh Microwavable Reheating tray.” I love my “PizzaFresh Microwavable Reheating tray” because it makes day-old pizza taste oven fresh through a patent pending design. Check it out: The tray is designed with raised nubs that elevate the pizza to allow moisture to flow away from the pizza to the bottom of the tray. This keeps the pizza from getting soggy. The openings around the perimeter allow air to circulate for even heating. It is not a crisper but it definitely helped limit a soggy crust after reheating in the microwave. Usually use our toaster oven but this summer has been too hot to do that just to reheat leftover pizza.
