Will this work for a dodge? Because I know they usually only use atf+4?

I have it in my 48re 4 speed right now and have had no problems with shifting. According to the rp website, it does comply with Chrysler atf standard.

My 2003 Nissan Maxima says use ATF Type Dexron for the Power Steering fluid. WTFreak is ATF? Does that mean Auto Transmission Fluid? Does that mean I can use this as the Power Steering fluid? Thank you.

Yes, RP ATF is compatible with your Nissan and will work. ATF does mean Automatic Transmission Fluid. There are many on the market, with many different additives.
