a good food for toddler especially while travelling and stuff. it is dry, can be easily carried, is usually liked by little ones. we have used this for more than six months now and our daughter who is less than 2 years enjoys eating this especially while travelling or as pastime food option. it is healthy as it has roasted oat cereal- i guess it is gluten free too. for use of adults- i cannot say much except i dont mind munching on them every now and then.

Seeing as 100% whole grain oats plus nutrition label and ingredients, couldn't resist ordering it, ordered it, came in a box(packaging needs improvement), opened up the package, took the oats in a bowl(some), added milk and yum. . It's tasty(though if you have a sweet tooth, add sugar to milk). Feels light and fulfilling. PS: I added almonds, walnuts, half banana slice, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds too. Order it once atleast though costly yet one try is a must.

This is an expensive product and I usually don't buy cereals online. Since this is a rare one to find in the market, I ordered for it through Amazon.. I know the taste of this quite well but the one I received did not taste fresh and crunchy. Since I had to open the box to taste it, I can't even return it.

So many black lice in the cereal , i did not notice at first but when i poured the milk , my 6 year old daughter found these in her milk bowl ,, please stop buying these from amazon rather go to the store and buy it so that you can proove it face to face .. here on amazon i am not able to contact the seller about this which is very depressing.. i bought 4 boxes all together and spent almost 3300 rs wasted my money ... *BIG REGRESSION * *STOP BUYING*
