I had tried some of them before, but I wasn't sure about most of them. For the ones that I hadn't tried, I probably wouldn't have purchased them by themself just because healthier foods tend to be more expensive than regular snacks. It was a great option for us because my family was able to test out all these different snacks that are actually good for them and I don't feel like it was wasted at all. A lot of times I will purchase health items, and just because they are healthier, my kids don't want to try them. This box was so much fun for them, they couldn't wait to try all of them. We went through the box rather quickly, but we were able two tests so much in so little time and now I know what my kids enjoy eating and they are healthier options all around. I was shocked that they like so many of them. We went to the store recently and my daughter pointed out one of the vegetable chips that came as a sample in this box. It was awesome to see that next to Cheetos and Sun Chips, she chose these blue corn chips instead. That's a pretty awesome moment for a five year old! I'm very pleased with this set and if you're trying to get your family to pick healthier snacks, this is a great way to introduce them to many different types. The snacks range from chips to granola bars 2 fruit snacks made of real fruit. All of them I found to be delicious. There was an interesting spinach chip that took a little getting used to, but I got all of my kids to try them which was impressive. The box was fun for them to dig through and choose whatever snacks they want it. There is a good variety here. The chip bag sizes are smaller than what we're accustomed to, but I think that's a good thing.
