This exact same item sells for less than $7 at Target. This price is rediculous! Why is it so much?

Yes, target sells two different skull pans. One for $10 and the other pan is $36 and it’s the exact same Nordic pan - the exact same - it even says Nordic Pan

Can you use this pan to make bath bombs?

Yes, I don't see why not. My concern would be getting them out without loosing the detail that this pan provides, especially since bath bombs tend to be fragile. You may want to place in a refrigerator or freezer for a bit to harden up the oils that are in them, and then gently tap on your countertop to get them to release. Or, lightly oil the pan before putting the ingredients in. Hope this helps!

Has anyone tried making stuffed pizza in these pans? I want to know if they work for more than just cakes

I make calzones in them all the time. I drive long distance for work, and I use a variety of shaped tins like these to make different kinds of calzones, stuffed buns, whatever you want to call them. The different shapes let me know what is in each one. For dough, I don't even need to grease these tins. They're too big for muffins and the batter sticks anywhere. Be careful not to use metal objects to separate foods from the pans, as scratching the coating will be a headache.
