I really like the quality of light produced by the soft box. It works fine on Amaran 100d lights with Bowens mount. Although the instructions are not particularly detailed, it’s not that difficult to figure out how to put it together. I just took my time, one rod at a time and it all went together just fine. Def start with the red ones, then alternate rods, similar to tightening lug nits on a car wheel, take your time, it goes together fine. I am well pleased with this light.

There are no words to describe the pure evil of this dome as it mocks your attempts to assemble it. The bars squirm out of reach, the dome collapses, or becomes so rigid that it seems an impossible task. Two extra bars are included, not because they feel flimsy and you think they might break, but because you will smash one against something hard and unforgiving in your frustration. You will yell at your children, throw things at your dog, give your neighbors rude looks, all in your vain attempts to conquer this damnably simple-seeming piece of photography gear. You will question your choice of career, your very existence. But once you get it done, it works pretty great.

It's bigger than I thought it would be, but it's great quality (the velcro seams are tight and strong). It's also to attach and remove from the light--all it takes is a press of a button and a small rotation. Gives excellent soft and even light.

This softbox was easy to put together and works exactly as expected. It softens the light really well and gives a clean, even look. The honeycomb grid is a nice addition when I want more control over the light. It feels sturdy and is a great match for my Bowens mount light.

Get the job done. Set up isn’t exactly easy, but once I figured it out it worked. They are pretty large. I would not call them portable good for a permanent studio set up not so great if you’re going to be transporting them various places.

A tensão criada nas hastes é maior que elas podem suportar. A montagem é muito ruim. Tem experiência de mais de 30 anos com luz de flash e nunca vi uma montagem tão frágil. Antes de usar, tive de comprar novas hastes, pois quebram-se com facilidade.
