Q: How do you renew the ink for the printer and how much is it

Hello. The printer comes with 3 rolls of thermal receipt paper which do not require ink. The heat from the printer itself is what causes the text to appear on the paper. The dimensions of the printer rolls are 57x30mm and replacements can be purchased from any good office supply store. Kind regards, Your SumUp team.

Q: Can these connect to a open building wifi?

Hello. The 3G Card Reader should be able to connect to most WiFi networks, either password protected or not. The only exception we can think of is if there are any extra steps that need to be taken to connect. For example: at a shopping centre or airport, you may need to agree to terms and conditions or sign up before being able to connect.
