looks great but cheaply made

It came as a three pack with a turtle and frog as the other two. My wife wanted them for our pond that we have in the back yard. First of all, they are very small in size so they do not create a lot of cover for fish. Also, we have not had them one summer yet and all of the animals have fallen off of the lily pads. They never did float correctly either, almost always there was half of the top portion under water.
