Epson WorkForce WF-3820DWF Printer Professional 4-in-1 Multifunction Printer: Duplex Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax, A4, Color Inkjet, Wifi Direct, Ethernet, Charger, Compact

This is my second Epson workforce, which is just right for my home office.

I had a hunch this would be difficult to connect. After several hours of utter frustration I finally stumbled upon the correct process, but it is not at all intuitive. It was just by sheer luck that the laptop and the printer began to communicate. Had to go to Epson website which was very unclear and had to try numerous paths through the website when suddenly it worked! But I could no way repeat the process. Don't buy it, get another brand.

It was fine til the ADF stopped working after 6 months. Bought with a store guarantee, store said sure, Epson will send you a new one, call them direct.... turns out Epson only send you a reconditioned one, and the reconditioned one they sent me didn't work either. Currently waiting for another reconditioned one. Needless to say, this has involved quite a lot of time waiting on the phone. At least the recon machine arrived promptly the next day, even if it didn't work. Let's hope the 2nd one does...

Replaced my old Cannon with the Epsom Workforce and am really pleased with it

Epson imprimante est vraiment un excellent produit, copie/ scanner/ numérisé/ fax. Vraiment facilitée de mise en fonction et très bonne communication avec la wifi de la boxe qui n'est pas située dans la même pièce. L'imprimante à été emballé avec beaucoup de soin. Merci au vendeur à ses équipes et au staff de prise en main pour l'expédition et la livraison.

När jag läser om att skrivarens teknik är laser så förväntar jag mig att få en laserskrivare. Upptäckte när jag fick produkten att den är bläckstråle. Ingen kontakt från kundservice trots två e-mails. Behövde en skrivare så jag bestämde mig att behålla den. Kan vara sista gången jag beställer härifrån dock, de verkar inte så intresserade av att hålla god kontakt med kunderna,

Impressora extraordinariamente bem embalada. Aparenta ser mais leve do que o descrito (mencionam cerca de 8kg). O produto é tal como apresentado e tal como descrito, com todas as funções especificadas. Traz um tinteiro de cada cor (que mencionam que durará menos do que um que se compre de seguida), mas ainda não consegui comprovar. Boa qualidade de impressão a preto & branco e a cores. Os tinteiros originais são um pouco caros, mas creio que aceita compatíveis - não testado - (no entanto, para manter a garantia, é necessário utilizar os originais). Configuração muito simples, acompanhada passo a passo num dispositivo tipo PC/android ou na própria impressora que apresenta imagens estilo video/gif no ecrã e que nos acompanha. Não utilizo a funcionalidade do fax, mas entendo como pode ser útil. Costumo comprar impressoras da Epson e confio na marca. A funcionalidade ADF é extremamente prática, bem como a facilidade de imprimir/digitalizar desde o telemóvel. Recomendo

Imprimante installée à la maison depuis peu de temps, l’installation prend un peu de temps mais une fois fait, l’utilisation est très simple. La vitesse d’impression est très bonne, l'écran est de qualité, le fait que l’on puisse faire du recto verso est top ! Des cartouches moins chères sont dispos sur Amazon. Je recommande
