How should I prep my skin before applying the under eye patches?

Ensure your skin is freshly cleaned and completely dry before applying. Don't wear any skincare, creams or serums underneath the patch, as any residue will interfere with the adhesive and stop the patch from sticking properly.

How do I apply and remove the patches without pulling the delicate under eye skin?

Apply to clean, dry skin and smooth the patch into place under the eye. As they are one-size-fits-most, you can trim each patch to perfectly fit your under eye area for better contact and comfort. Remove gently in the morning.

Why are my patches not sticking or staying on overnight?

First, check you have peeled off the clear plastic film on the sticky side, as it's easy to miss. Apply only to clean, dry & product-free skin. Wash the adhesive with warm water after each use, air dry sticky-side up, then store sticky-side down.

How long until I see results, and how long do they last?

Many customers see a result after the very first night, as the skin can't crease. Results are cumulative and build with consistent use. How long they last varies by skin, age and line depth, so continued use keeps results going.

Are the patches safe for the sensitive under eye area?

Yes. Our patches are 100% medical grade silicone and suit most skin types. If you notice minor irritation near the eye, try placing the patch a little further from your eye.
