Solid Brass Metal T-adapter with Shut-off Valve, 3-way Tee Connector for Handheld Bidet 15/16" and 1/2" IPS, Chrome Finish by Soharic

This is a solid adapter and is well engineered. The lever turns smoothly and there is no wobble. The threads on the fittings are plenty deep which helps to avoid stripping. The nut that attaches to the bottom of the tank also turns easily without any wobble. And most importantly, no leaking.

This was very simple to install. It also works as described. It's simple to operate. Three positions, the two end positions makes the water come out of one of the two ends. The middle position makes the water come evenly out of both ends. I used teflon tape and it fits perfectly with no leaks. It looks great too.

The valve seems great. Finish great the attach nut to the tank good. BUT the threads that the feed hose attaches to are too short. The “nut” on the hose hits the shoulder and so the washer can’t be fully compressed enough. Over tightening sets the plastic nuts up to crack and burst off flooding the bathroom. In one case we added a second washer - but I bet that sets up too few threads engaging and future leaks.

This was very loose when not installed and even once installed, I had to get the top really tight on the toilet before the bottom of the valve would stop moving. It almost felt like I had to make it too tight. The shut off is very smooth though and although this said it fits most bidets, it didn't fit mine. Mine needed 3/8 but I didn't know that until after I purchased it. I needed to buy an additional adapter but it was the or send it back. It's fine though and not leaking.

The apartment I moved to cheaped out on plumbing (see Accor Technology), so the standard T-fitting that came with my bidet did not fit. This T-adapter is an excellent workaround, no leaks, well made. Very pleased.

My Joy C1 Bidet came with a plastic T-Adapter that I had problems with from the start. I had to buy an O-ring from Ace Hardware and do a lot of tightening before it was leak free. Few months later it came apart and water leaked everywhere. I bought this as a replacement and it has not leaked once since installing it. I highly recommend this adapter as a replacement for the cheap plastic one that comes with the Joy C1 Bidet. The valve is a nice addition and lets me adjust the water pressure to a gentler stream. It also has some rubber seals on the inside to help make a tight seal between the hoses and toilet tank.
