This was a gift for my 12 year old grandson. He loves sushi and he loves this set! It's got everything you can think of for preparing good sushi. He prepared enough for a family dinner and company and everyone was impressed. I highly recommend this product.

Better than expected. Easy to follow directions and makes a great roll

Knife needs sharpening before use. If you don’t know how to roll sushi, this is a great kit. Bought it until I can teach myself how to do it by hand. Good deal.

My nephew saw a few sushi making shorts on YouTube and was interested in trying. The kit has everything - we didn't use all of the pieces in it, just one of the molds, the mats, the knife and chopsticks + holders. The chopsticks holders are adorable, little pandas all in different positions. The kit doesn't come with instructions or a list of contents. It's easy to figure out but even a list of what it includes would have been helpful. The knife was nice and sharp but it's of a quality you'd expect in a kit like this so you can't sharpen it very much. We had a fun day making rolls and onigiri. If I were to purchase a sushi kit for myself vs a gift, I would just buy the mats and onigiri mold. But it's a nice complete set for a gift, and the chopsticks holders were a nice surprise and delight.
