Any net like this is going to be a bit delicate, you can't be swinging around a piece of cast iron to catch a moth, so don't sit on it :) Bigger than I thought. I use it to catch pantry moths, so a bit bigger than I strictly need but works great. The net is nice and deep so whatever you capture is less likely to escape once in the bottom of the net. Also the mesh is fine so captures even small moths, something that was a problem with the "child-sized" nets I tried first. Those were good enough for the job quality wise but pantry moths would just fly right out through the larger mesh. It came unattached** A: The hoop is not connected to the handle. Put the net on the hoop. The two ends of the hoop have black plastic on them.
