I am skeptical about the humidx and humidx plus, the same technology as that of the z1 (wgich didn't work for me). does it really work for you? thanks

I like a high humidity level, especially in winter weather. The HumidX cartridges have been great; no dry nose, moth or passages. I was skeptical, too, but I couldn’t keep hauling my regular home Resmed unit with humidifier through airports. New European Union checkpoint regs make you take out every CPAP item. This processed was highly minimized after getting the AirMini, and the HumidX cartridges.

Are these HumidX plus good indefinitely, then 30 days once the packet is opened?

The HumidX’s do not have a best use by date on the package. They are available to use indefinitely as long as package is not opened, as you mentioned once opened they are usable for 30 days. Please feel free to reach out if you have more questions. Have a great day.

Does this go with a F20 mask

As long as you have the Air Mini F20 set up it will. This is a moisture chamber that is designed for use with the Air Mini travel machine. The mask frame and tubing in the Air Mini set up are designed to use with this product.

I use these in my travel CPAP machine. I was a little sceptical about their ability to provide enough moisture but I was pleasantly surprised as to how well they work! My mouth and nose are not nearly as dry as when I use my regular CPAP with distilled water.
