I am using this scanner with TigerTool, software for Windows PC, to allow Triumph motorcycle user to access the ECU. I think it is important to know Windows 11 Home comes with the drivers to enable communication with the PC. In other words don't follow the instructions to install drivers frombbflyobd.com. The web page doesn't work well anyway and often responds with 504 gateway timeouts. I was able to read the ECU on my motorcycle without additional drivers. The product and software I used works great without driver installation.

Bit tricky to set up and register but works great when initial install is done

Worked as expected. Used it for a Triumph software and was able to connect and get the job done.

Didn't require any drivers to work with windows 11, immediately identified itself as COM3 upon being pluged in. Used with TigerTool to reset my service interval on my 2015 Triumph Tiger Explorer.

Build quality is suspect. Seems to be a wiring issue. I do not recommend.
